Refund Policy

How do I return my starter kit back and how much will I get back? You may be eligible for a full refund if you return your starter kit back with 15 business days from the date it was shipped to you. It must be returned unused and intact. All literature and materials must be returned. If you paid $19.97 your total refund will be $19.97 If you paid for the starter kit and registration at the same time your total refund will be $19.97 plus the $19.95 for a total of $39.92. The registration is only refundable once you have been with the company and have had two units approved and processed or you have not sent a sample for inspection. ( Please refer to a copy of your registration form or view the policies on line at our FAQ page).

How do I return unit supplies? You may return your supplies back for a partial refund. If they are returned unused and intact within 45 days from the ship date your refund will be 75%. There is a 25% restocking fee. If your units are returned unused and intact within 46-90 from the ship date or last inspection date your eligible refund will be 55%. Any supplies returned either used or unused after 91 days are nonrefundable.

The registration fee of $29.95 is only refundable when you have been with the company for over 2 months and have had two units approved and processed

Units that are returned unassembled

All units returned back to us within 45 days from the last inspection date that are intact, unopened, not damaged and unused will receive a 75% refund less shipping costs.

All units returned back to us within 46 days but before 90 days from the last inspection date that are intact, unopened, not damaged and unused will be receive a 55% refund less shipping costs.

All units returned back to us after 90 days from the last inspection date are non-rerfundable.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all stopped orders.

All shipping cost are non-refundable

Units that are assembled and approved

All units that are returned back to us for a refund and have been approved for payment will get 100% refund.

Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
