Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a full refund,less shipping and handling if you return your starter kit back with 15 business days from the purchase date. It must be returned unused and intact. All literature and materials must be returned. If you paid $19.97 your total refund will be $19.97 If you paid for the starter kit and registration at the same time your total refund will be $19.97 plus the $19.95 for a total of $39.92. The registration is only refundable once you have been with the company and have had two units approved and processed or if you have not sent a sample in for inspection.
